ACES is open on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. We serve Hanover County residents living in zip codes 23005, 23059 and 23069. Upon each visit, in order to receive assistance, you will need to provide a photo ID and a bill, dated within the last 60 days of your visit, with the address given on your registration form.
